Our Partner Jai Hiranandani completed his BA in Global Business Management from Regent’s University London where he spent his time understanding corporate structures across various industries which was complimented with International Business Law and Global Business Economics. Thereafter, he obtained a Bachelors in Law (LLB) degree from K.C. Law College, University of Mumbai, alongside which, he trained as a Paralegal with Desai & Diwanji, a full service law firm in Mumbai and was later elevated to the position of an Associate. In the year 2018, he joined the chambers of Advocate Rajan R. Hiranandani, and has been actively involved the real estate practice. He has undertaken a large number of property & land conveyancing transactions along with land title diligence and development of real estate projects. Jai also leads the corporate and commercial practice for the Firm and advises businesses from various industries. Jai has spearheaded many investments transactions for early stage-ventures and has been successful in providing an end-to-end legal service, including corporate due diligence, transaction structuring and drafting transaction documents and constitution documents. He advises clients on business transfers, slump sales, share transfers and various other mechanisms for raising funds. He also provides legal services to assist clients in successfully conducting art sales and consignments to auction houses as well as in negotiating contracts and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Jai assists the Firm’s clients in the food, beverage and travel sector on a variety of commercial arrangements such as onboarding cloud kitchens, revenue sharing agreements, supply and service contracts and also advises clients on entertainment & media law which encompasses licensing agreements, intellectual property rights, and other related legal contractual arrangements for broadcasters, content creators, producers, artists, music composers and OTT platforms.
